Good universities in Schweiz?

The answer to such a question depends on what you want to study. If you're in a technical (engineering) then ETH in Zurich is likely the best. Other good schools in Switzerland are Univ. Zurich, Univ. Geneva.

Pretty much all bigger cities in Geneva has a university (University of Whatevercity) so that's one way to approach it. They don't differ drastically in quality, the above two are the biggest and possibly the best.

Oh, if your interest is in international relations/policy then I recommend Geneva given all the international organizations in that city.
