How about Malt Liquor? Colt 45 or Red Horse. Or the current fad which is San Miguel Beer Strong Ice.
Ginebra is fine, but my friends are I like the foreign hard drinks better. Different with the beers here though, which are excellent.

The memories of Tanduay and RedHorse. And just the Red Horse itself will F$^% you up!! Hell just the San Mig Light will mess you up worse then Corona will just because they all go down really smooth and wont give you a hangover in the morning. Isnt that messed up?

Tanduay Rum is good and cheap too at only $1.20 for a Long neck bottle. Lanbanog is good too. It's processed cocunut wine with a real kick. I think it's 80 proof or so and comes in a variety of flavours. It's cheap as well about $1.30 for a liter.

For beer you should try red horse beer. I think thats the best strong beer in the world. It kicks ***. You can also try gin like the one you said. They are pretty good. You can also try Boracay mix which is a mixture of different liquids. I think they put milk and some alcoholic drinks sometimes with fruits.
