i don't need unit conversion. i can do that on my own. i need to be able to explain it to a kid. that's why i need objects having the same mass as 45 kg.

To dirty knees:i wud like to correct it- 45kg is not the normal weight of an 4 year old.
45kg is the average weight of a girl between 12 to 15 years old.For a boy,45 kg should be the ideal weight between 11 to 13years old.
