wash your face and neck with hot water. use a face towel and go over your face/neck for a few minutes before shaving. the hot water will open your pores, making shaving easier. make sure youre using a new blade, preferably double or triple edge. go over the area slowly, not in a rush. dont overuse your blade. replace it often.

Well u can get a shaving profile if it's becomming too bad--- but one thing is shaving downwards, not upwards... also use aftershave to kill any bacteria that may cause u to break out--- or use a face toner like bioré's. I also suggest that if you are going to use the same razor to soak it in the toner or some alcohol to kill any bacteria that might have transferred. Ok, I have bacteria phobia, but it does help ;)~ Ciao bello.

I have a similar problem and have tried multiple solutions. But basically it comes down to the razor irritating the skin. When possible i shave the night before so that my skin has time to heal over night.
Also, diet can help. If I avoid alcohol and sugary/salty foods my skin responds better.
Good luck.

In lieu of seeing a dermatologist for advice, try the following:
Make sure you are using very hot (don't burn yourself) water; Use a fresh blade daily.
Consider an after shave moisturizing lotion that does not contain alcohol.
Consider getting advice from a dermatologist.

try after shave lotion for sensitive skin if you can get it. The extra soothing stuff in it should help you out since you have to shave Everyday.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

Try using razor blades with a silicone strip and change blades often.
Also, use an aftershave lotion with an "Aloe Vera" additive.
