hello everyone..i had my baby boy on november 18th..i had to have 2 episiotomys...and i was wondering when the normal time the stitches would fall out...it's been two weeks today...i've been keeping them moist like they told me..but it's seeming to take forever...i was hoping someone could help me...

...and what can i do to help relieve pain/discomfort?...and/or help it move along quicker?

I think my stiches took 5 or 6 weeks to be completly disolved at my post checkup they said i had few left in & to wait a week longer before sex.

It took my stitches 3 weeks or more to disolve all the way... just depends on your body and how it reacts to them...

mine took a month and a half to dissolve, i guess you just have to be a little more patient. It sucks i know!
