It's got an H+ concentration of 1.0 mol/l, and it's therefore considered to be quite strongly acidic.

If something has a ph value of zero, it would be an extremely corrosive acid, who's molecules(or atoms) would steal any electrons from any atom or other molecule in contact that wasn't nailed down...
