my server blocks all downloading things n even some sites like orkut............
is there some way 2 open d site.......

There are several work arounds,i'll enlist them as per their rankings,
1. Use https://Images.orkut.com
2. If this doesn't works, go to tools and internet options and change the proxy server name.
3. If both of these don't work u can use proxy sites as:
kproxy.com
ktunnel.com
cooltunnel.com

there are 2-3 thigns that might have happened , and for that again there are different type of solutions .
#1 your local PC has some problems , which i dont believe as much unless you can open any site
#2 you are disallowed to visit some sites , which your ISP ( internet service provider) i.e your local internet provider has blocked . So in this case , if you realy feel , yoyu can change the ISP
#3 your government of your country / city has blocked such sites in which case the ban would be mroe dificult to beat and changing a local ISP might not help .
In that case you can try subscribing to proxy surfing websites. search google for " proxy browsing " or " free proxy browsing " :)

it isn't from the area ;) (do you've the drivers put in from the producer?) relies upon on your OS: on macosx i couldn`t use the webcam on yahoo messenger. And on different im software (trillian, gaim, adiumx and so on) hardly works ok. also examine firewall settings (in case you take advantage of abode windows and fix %. 2, you could actual substitute settings)
