For a 13 yr old this question is a bit unusual.
But the answer to this question is in ur habits.
U have to give up junk food.I don't know ur exact eating habits but in 90% of such cases u have a great habit of junk food.
What to do--> Start taking a very nourishing diet,exercising usually running or some light exercise like swimming and giveup junk food and especially potatoes and fats(non-veg).
What not to do-->Usually in such condition u start dieting which is totally misunderstood as 'nont eating'.Dieting means to have proper diet.So just don't stop eating else u'll face weakness problems.
Have patience this takes a lot of time and can't be altered in short time.Above all don't let urself feel inferior or just remember however u r , u r the best and unique of ur kind and enjoy ur life in whatever u do.

I'm glad to see you show an interest in taking care of your body. There are a few things you can do without overdoing it. Eat several small meals-more like healthy snacks-through the day rather than three large meals. Watch your portions. Make sure you get enough of each food group. And drink LOTS of water.
Exercise is good. Talk to your gym teacher about what abdominal exercises are good for your age group. Your body is still developing, so don't do anything that will affect that. If all else fails, swimming or walking are very low impact and enjoyable.
One thing you might want to talk to your parents about is going to the doctor to see if there's anything physical (thyroid, etc) that could be affecting your weight.

ok cut out all junk food i know its hard but after a week you will stop craving it drink lots of water eat vegetables drink soya milk instead of regular milk stop eating meat ask your parents first as they might not want you to (people who dont eat meat are healthier normally and weight up to 7kilos less on average) drink lots of water and green tea(it speeds up your metabolism) eat several small meals instead of 3 big ones snack on fruit and nuts aim for 1200 calories a day and exercise buy Pilate's video and yoga video and do them twice a day and go for a 30 minute walk keep fidgeting can burn up to 700 calories a day! Good luck here are some other tips have sips of water between bites of food always have a glass of water in your hand have a craving? count to 100 still have it? do it again and again and again join some sports team at school maybe tennis?

if you wanna be slim, then work hard for it. it's really simple. just watch what you eat, (no sweets no candy no fattening stuff. eat healthy food) you should know what healthy food is. its the stuff you HATE eating lol. and then start EXCERCISING. you may not see results right away but thats the whole point. it takes forever to lose weight. so if you really are desperate to lose weight, then your gonna have to fight for it

take one cup of hot water mixed with oney and lemon juice every day morning before taking anything, and will do it 45 min walking and 30 min exercise and avoid rice take a lot of vegetables 4 ur food its very quick effect

eat healthy (no chips, soda, candy, oils, or beef), set your goal weight, take vitamins,EXCERCISE daily at home or join a fitness club with experienced trainers that can help your personal needs, only weigh yourself once a week to avoid stressing out and in time you will see progress..dont give up..good luck with that.

iam 13 i weigh 6 and a half stone my advice is dont eat junk food eat healthy food in small portions and exercise!
