I was bullied at school,an yes its a very hard thing to forgive a bully as you have so much anger towards them, but if you dont forgive them an carry on being angry you carry on being bullied by that person in your mind,so do forgive and get on with your life it will make you a much stronger person in the long run good luck.

It would depend. If the person apologized for their actions, then I would forgive them, however, I don't think that would happen often. Some kids have been driven to the point of suicide by bullying, and in most circumstances, the bullies look at it as just a bit of fun. Making another human beings life a living hell is an idiotic and small minded way of having fun.

If I were in a better position than they, yes-is the honest answer
I would have to forgive because hatred eats away your dignity and sense of well-being, is the I-m-not-selfish answer.
I have already forgiven the people whom bullied me at different times of my school life, and to a lesser extent at uni. At uni you expect friction and hence everyone gets everyones' backs up, I do think you need to be rather special to find it in you to forgive the worst kind of bully who can be found in any social setting, forgiveness is also a measured response, one that suggests logic and reasonableness, after all bullies are only people who have their shortcomings on display for other people to see and to an extent bear the brunt of, I only forgave because I had to move on, to not think about it anymore and to deal with the here and now.

It would depend on HOW they did the bullying.
But for the most part, yes.
Forgiveness is very powerful, not only to the forgiver, but in general.
It's good karma, if nothing else.

Forgive and forget might seem pious and godly, but there is a good reason not to hold a grudge, it is physically and emotionally damaging to yourself, if you do not forgive and forget then the bullier is still bullying you without even trying.
Best to let it go, no good will come to you if you keep this sort of thing inside.

I beleive forgiviness is one of the key principles to a happy life, so yes I would forgive them. But forgiveness doesnt mean you have to be friends with them or even still see them. If someone has bullied you in the past and you dont see them now, forgive and move on. If you still see them, stay away from them, forgive them and move on.

No No No, I am now 32 and I still have vivid memories of my bullies, In my personal opinion just because your different from you bully what right does it them to terrorise you, I am very different and now a days dont care much for bullies I think that one day they will GET What Is COMING to Them.

i was going to say yes, as it's the right thing to do i guess, but I'm changing my answer to "no" .
Because i know that i wouldn't truly forgive the person, no matter what home problems they had. I also am a firm believer that people never change.

yes I forgive every wrong done to me after the initial hurt has eased I think it's bad for me to hold grudges and I disregard the term "Hate" it workds for me
If you hold negative feelings for someone or something it only adds negativity
I think it's true that what does'nt kill you makes you stronger so for every time I get hurt by someone it makes me stronger for having gotten over it
