GCC residence visa holders are entitled for the entry visa to the UAE upon arrival through the entry points, depends the category as mentioned in residence permit. All professional visa holders can travel to Dubai without a prior visa, if the current residence visa is valid for minimum six months.
Please confirm your profession mentioned in your R/P (Iqama). I believe that normally Saudi Labor/Immigration departments will not allow foreigners to work in administration positions, even though you are working as secretary may be the profession mentioned is something else. Confirm it before your departure.

you are allowed to obtain visa at entry points of UAE only if your iqama shows the acceptable profession to the immigration dept.
The acceptable profession are Accountant, Sales Manager or representative, Doctors, Engineers, company Managers etc.
so profession is important in iqama
