I think that humans evolved from primitive cavemen. I believe that Adam and eve were a "scientific experiment" by an advanced alien race that was here conducting well, experiments. A study in genetics and cloning, perhaps rearranging caveman DNA to get an idea of what humans would look like in a few hundred thousand years. Some passages in the book of genesis might be interpreted to go along with my ideas on the matter. During the time before and leading up to Noah the sons of god, members of the alien scientific team mated with humans and contaminated the earths gene pool. God, the leader of the research team, was obligated to correct this. Noah was perfect in his generation, no alien DNA. Put Noah and family in a box, set phasers on obliterate, control group cleansed. Sounds far fetched I know but not illogical.
