Politely ask her, face to face, what is her problem with you. Treat her with kindness. She is probably very insecure and needs a friend, why shouldn't it be you? You know the old saying..'keep your friends close and your enemy's even closer, just in case your friends turn out to be back stabbing sob's.' Really, you get back what you put forth in this world. How would you like to be treated? Offer friendship, ask her over for a cup of tea or what ever.At least it is a place to start.

Why dont you tell your landlord that this women is trying to start crap with you and that you dont like it. Also dont take any crap from her and pretty much act like she isnt alive. She doesnt pay your bills what the hell can she do to you? She can complain all she wants about you but dont take any of it. You could also ask her what her deal is and why she wants you out. If she is nasty there is another thing right there you could tell the landlord about GOod luck
