I don't have one. There are a couple of things that I think, well maybe if I went back I would change that but I couldn't because each action in my life has led to something else. To undo one would undo the rest. It's the butterfly effect. I'm happy with my life now for the most part. I wouldn't change it. I celebrate my life and my past. Even the low points. Everything was a lesson.
It's never too late to tear down your walls...
You don't get to go back. You don't get to undo past mistakes. But you can live today in this moment. You can choose to live in present time & make the best of it. You can be whatever you want, starting now. If there's something about yourself or your life that you want to change, then do it. Make the most of your life. Starting NOW!

Doing illegal drugs when I was younger and causing me to do things I should not have and alienating my children, family and friends because nothing came before the drugs. Although I have been clean for 15 years and would never do some of things I did back then again, there is still things that can never be changed because of my stupidity.

When My parents were going through a divorce it got pretty ugly.
My mom and dad once had me in a tug of war and made me choose which parent to go with. I chose my mom because she was going out to eat later.
My dad died three months later.
My regret is choosing onion rings over my dad.

well.... i cant really come up with a regret in this life... i know i made alot and i mean ALOT of mistakes in life but i dont regret them... so i guess i have no regrets

I have many, but the main one is not telling people that have left my life how i truely feel.......for that i am truely regretful, and so very sorry....
