Yes, but varies, every guy is different. If I am doing good in bed, I can orgasm, then have a second or third one without ejaculation within a few minutes--still staying hard. Usually won't have an orgasm with a second ejaculation for another 20 to 30 minutes though, but again I usually can keep it up enough to keep her happy.
Note that guys can have orgasms without ejaculation, just like women, but apparently not all guys have mastered this ability. They should work on it, though---really gives you a high.
2nd question--some guys like me can stay hard fine after the first round, but not every time--other guys apparently from what I've read go limp really fast and have to wait a while to get it back up, maybe another 10 or 15 minutes. Depends I think how much effort you are putting into the sex.

all men are different when it comes to this. I have been able to achieve 2 orgasms but I don't know if you would consider that multiple. Here is how is has to go. Just as I reach the point of no return, I have to have all movement stop. If she clamps her puss muscles or drags her tongue across the head, no go. If all goes right, I'll shoot and not lose my erection or desire and can go again. Also, a better way to go is if I stop short of cumming by about 10 seconds and wait about a 15 or 20 seconds until the feeling subsides. If I do that twice, I am unable to *** for the rest of the night but never lose my erection. This is most effective when in a 3 way as both women will be satisfied. If I have a full blown orgasm, it takes about an hour before I can go again and then, it's not as fun. Several hours have to pass before it's fun again.

can take anywhere from 1 hour to a few days. can also take less then an hour. depends on what a man does though. if you're not ready to *** again, don't do it until you are. you could end up hurting yourself.
orgasm is actually seperate from ejaculation for men, they are not the same. the way to multiple orgasms is to get lots of control of the muscles around there and orgasm without ejaculating, because ejaculation is what makes it go limp.

most of the time after me and my boyfriend have sex, he's still big and rock hard. so sometimes we'll go for another round so he can go again, but about 15 minutes into it he'll get soft. he needs about 2 hours before he can ejaculate again. men can ejaculate up to 10 times a day. hope this helps! :D

no. because there is a valve that closes the urethra, so urine doest come out, during and erection. and after orgasm the valve opens again. after a few minute an new erection can be obtained and only then can he have another orgasm. only women can have multiple orgasms during the same period of intercourse.
