Have you ever looked at it from a different angle. Maybe there is something wrong with living. Well let me rearrange that a bit. Life as we know it from this standpoint anyway, this physical dense, rotting animal type of existence. Yes we do rot, the minute we are born we are heading toward death.

Have another read of the principals of the Fall, ie Eve's biting of the apple, taking from the Tree of Knowledge. It created the fall from Eden, ie a type of existence that was full of Life and which did not include death as we see it. It was the separation into male and female.

I have often pondered death and am starting to understand that it is a journey from one state of consciousness to another. Life here is very heavy (well for me anyway) so I see it as a return to home.

Hello: I think that sometimes the reason that people think there is something wrong with death is because they are afraid of it. I took care of my father. I was afraid but not afraid of his passing. I didn't want to loose him. The experience of seeing someone pass away to me is peaceful. However, the other side of the coin is watching someone die by murder. Then there are a lot of factors that one could play out in ones mind.
Hope this answers your question. I felt compelled to answer this question because of personal experience and because it helps the healing process for me to write about things like this.
