For me, I think yes. But mostly all of my wishes upon a star haven't come true yet. But I'm still waiting for that day to come.

unfortunately, yes. when i was 6 yrs old, i wished on a double shooting star that my dad would die, and he killed himself that night. he was extremely abusive, and we were terrified of him every single day. now as an adult, i know that i didn't have the power to make an adult kill himself by simply wishing it, but as a small child, i really believed it. i had horrific nightmares for years, and finally came to terms with it when i was in my early 20's. i'm sure you were looking for a lovely kind of falling star wish. but life isn't always "lovely." sorry.

Although I do like writing stories. One of them includes a girl who believed in miracles and it really came true.

I thought you had more then one wish...I still go out at night and wish on stars. I also thank God that he put them there and say a quick prayer...It couldn't hurt could it?

not a star, but i had to pray once for a quarter...
$500 check in my pocket, but short on cash,,,
walk to the bank or take the bus,,,???,
i found the quarter i needed on the sidewalk and took my kids to state fair that afternoon
