terrorists should be exterminated! Definitely, they should be heavily charged and the death is the ultimate source. As mentioned, rather kill them than paying for them to rot in cells until they are free by some comrade. Most of us are law abiding citizens , hence our valur should preceed those of terrorists. What value is to be given to someone who has taken a life?
One snatches himself the right of calling himself/herself a human being the time he takes the life of another. Death of innocents can never be justified and we ought to value the life of the victims rather than that of terrorists. The only fair way to give justice to the victim is death penalty for the terrorist!
However, since we are humans (which implies that we have feelings) death should be made less painful to the terrorist ; a good way would be a lethal injection. yet, i still opine that latter should have been sentenced to death as to the nmber of lives he has taken! Anyway, Lord is Almighty and as most world religions adhere to the fact "as you sow so shall you reap", hence justice should be done.
Remember that the life of the victim surpasses that of the life taker and if justice is to be done, the latter should also die!

No. Treason should always be the death penalty. In my opinion, this, carjacking/hijacking, home invasion, and kidnapping and murder are the the only time the death penalty should be used.
