I'm sure the extra acid or vitamin c would be your only problem. Luckily, extra vitamin c would just get peed out, but the extra acid may start to give you indigestion/ heartburn, so if you notice a lot of that, you might want to dilute, or cut back. I know at 26 weeks, i can't have too much grease, acidic foods, or milk/eggs(my allergies) or else i'm feeling the burn for hours. Also, here's a fun link to some old wives tales about the sex of the baby(there's a question about orange juice cravings.) All you have to do is answer all the q's and it will tell you based on each one answered the odds of each sex. Good luck with pregnancy, and baby. http://www.childbirth.org/articles/boyorgirl.html

In short, if you're craving it and you're pregnant, you need something that is in it. End of story. If you start craving things like bricks or something, you need to talk to your doctor, because they will (obviously) have to give you some dietary supplement instead of allowing you to eat a brick. :) But no, it's not going to hurt your baby. I used to eat at least a can of peas a day when I was pregnant... and he turned out fine.

I don't really think you can have too much unless you were drinking it like all day long or something but i would check with your doctor just to be safe. Good luck with your pregnancy and your baby! Try not to stress too much I know everybody does.

You're fine! Cravings are often your body telling you that it needs something that is in the food you're craving. Good luck!

Weren't we going to eschew use of those two letters side by side? You know - the ones that are short for orange juice. (Or, if it's absolutely necessary - keep them lower case.)?
