But you're behind the times, friend. A skinny jean with a higher waist is IN! Those bootcut pants with ultra-low waists are OUT!

I think that is more of a girl style. I dont like it myself...dont want my crack peekabooin nobody! guys usually cover up the bare necessities so if they have on low rise, could you tell ?

To me, this jeans depends on who wore it..If a women wear it, they need to have great clean butt like they DO NOT have scars on it..No offence but I really seen many women who have "dirty" butt wear it and its gross!..But as for men, They can wear it BUT just make sure that they're NOT wearing it TOO LOW, its SOO PATHETIC !..
