These are called "time slips" and happen not as often as lightning strikes the same exact spot 90 times. very rare.
Anyhow, with all these time loops and waves, if time travel was possible, you could end up passing through several... perhaps thousands of loops that could land you 9 thousand years from now, or you could see dinosaurs mating. There is no direction time travels. If we could discover the direction of time flow and its interactions with other loops, then and ONLY then could they focus on a particular date.

The theory of special relativity says that as your speed approaches that of light, time in your frame of reference slows down compared to someone standing still. So if you took a long trip at a very high (sub-light) speed when you returned it would seem that you had traveled into the future because more time would have passed at home then you experienced. The equations state that as you approach the speed of light you clocks get slower until at lightspeed they stop. Then if you could go faster than light your clocks would start going backwards so in effect you would be going back in time.
The problem with this is that another part of the theory of relativity states that it would take an infinite amount of energy to accelerate anything to light speed so it is essentially impossible to do.

since increase in speed will increase mass in direct poportion and since increase in mass would afec he pseed in indirect poportion , there is no questiomn of any particle heavier then the particles of photons assuming the speed even equal to tha of light . leave alone anyhng heavier han phon exceeding he speed of light .How can any body travel a a speed higher than that of light a any time . Even God can no do that . It is a scientific impossibility even for eternity.

NO WE CANNOT! IT IS COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE! Would you like to know why? Because Einstein stated weaved into the theory of reletivity that mass is increased with velocity. If anything aside from light reached the speed of light then its mass would be infinite and nothing would beable to propel the object! Who ever answered the question first was completely mislead.

according to relativity we can travel in time if and pnly the speed is greater than light.most probably the warm holes provides such situation.
some tackion particles can travel faster than ligt. if we can transform such electrons,protons, nutrons in such particle than it could be happen.
