I like the dark themes of his songs. But most of these songs are still so abstract for me. Still, I am a fan of his music. Do you guys have any ideas?

I share you veiws...very abstract and dark...but damn if it isn't filled with so much emotion. I was listening to it driving home in the rain the other day and it occured to me...I'm not sure if I like this more than "O" or not and I don't know all of the songs just yet but I was grinning from ear to ear while tears welled up in my eyes because I was so damn happy to have a new Damien Rice CD...is that alright? is that alright with you?

The music is too slow and mellow for my tastes.

he's flippin' amazing. i just heard his cover of Prince's "When the Doves Cry." quite haunting. enjoyed it immensely.
