sorry i'm no help in selling, can only suggest e-bay, but if that letter is genuine, please make sure you'll get loads of money for it!don't waste it!

Take a look at http://www.virtualstampclub.com/inherit.html for general information about disposing of a stamp collection. Your letter should probably be auctioned by an autograph dealer to get maximal value.
