I have modeled nude for a nudist magazine, for professional artistis (drawing), and for an amatuer digital art photographer. I would like to get into fashion modeling, how can I do this? I am well suited to the types I listed above as I am curvy and I am not a size 8! I am about a 12 to 14. does anyone know of agencies that recruit models like me? or how I can 'break' into the fashion type modeling after doing the art modeling?

Try www.torrid.com They're a hip plus sized clothing company, but they actively recruit young plus sized ameteur models through instructions on their website. I believe they also have Model Searches.

In your situation it would probably be best to go through a professional agency, and if you are going to continue to do nude modeling I suggest you do the same. There are just too many dangerous creeps out there - the agencies screen out the bozos from the legitimate people. Take care and be safe.

There are website modeling agencys that get the word out world wide and are upstanding and honest. You will have to get your protfolio together and get in on line. Good luck and don't listen to the ones that tell you to loose wieght.
