My hermit Finally changed shell, but im affaid it's rather large for her,Is this a problem?

no theres no problem. just always have many shells available and if it sees one that he likes better he will change again. My hermit crab changed like three times once in a week. and at the end he returned to the original one and stayed there since.

if you think that its to large for her, buy her a slightly smaller size and put it in her habbitat. if she thinks her shell is to big to then she'll change. just keep the shell in their and youll have a pretty decoration if she decides not to use it.

if its the only one that was available and she didn't have a choice as to which shell she would like. then it could be/ it could be too heavy that she cant move herself good enough to get to food and water.
