what are doing in it? i love the waves in a waterbed but being single I have a mattress.

Without a doubt, get a mattress. I've had both and sufferred back problems with the waterbed. Once I switched to a mattress, the back problems have seemed to go away.

Whatever floats your boat, I like 'em both.
What about a mattress bed in one room and a water bed in another room, that would be awesome.

It's all about the spine, as you'll find out when you get older.

Water beds were back in the 90's they were supposed to be good for sex but any spine specialist will tell you the modern mattress is better for your health.

mattress. My parents used to have a water bed and they said it was a pain in the behind and will never buy one again.

A good mattress- I would hate to have to move a water bed or have it leak!! My Mom's did-D
