Well, yes you can get pregnant, but you really need to find out what is going on with your body.
If you are not having a period, you are probably not ovulating, however, you could ovulate and not know it and hence, end up pregnant.
Please see a doctor to find out why you are not getting your period. That is not normal and could mean bigger things than ovulation issues.

Yes you can get preg without periods-as I said at an earlier Q; I only get a period 1nce a year-for 3 weeks! but i have baby 1,(he was concieved way out of any "regular" timeframe) am trying for baby 2--I have had bizarre spotting ever since I was a kid, kinda like you but not regular. Make sure you see a doc, (but every body is different) and keep trying- you need to rule out any serious problems, then don't panic or worry and focus more on the fun of being together, than the desperation of wanting bub. I was told by a doc that I would never conceive because my cycles were inexplicably weird-but have done, & have boy to prove it!! Keep a diary of spotting and intercourse dates, take them with you to a doctor; Good luck!!

You should start charting your basal temperature every day, to find out if you are ovulating.
It's very easy - just take your temp. (normally in your mouth) first thing every morning BEFORE you even sit up in bed. BEFORE you even say a word, BEFORE you have a sip of water.
Use a basal thermometer (ask at the pharmacy) and you'll find that your body temperature increases slightly when you are ovulating - the difference may be as little as 1/10 or 1/2 of a degree. You can get charts and stuff to keep track.

Short answer, yes you can.
Longer answer is that there are a lot of factors that can make it hard to conceive and you haven't given a lot of information. If you are underweight this can cause both a stop in periods and difficulty in conceiving. Also, the average couple apparently takes 6 months to conceive.
If you are worried go see your Doctor.
Best wishes.

I think with all that you describe it would be a good idea to be medically checked to find out if you are ovulating at all as it doesnt seem that you are if you dont have a proper period. The problem may be one that can be fixed but you wont know if you dont seek help.

You need to investigate the reason you are irregular. Your gynecologist should be able to test you for hormones, etc. to discover the cause, then you can take recommended action. If you are not having a regular period, then you are not ovulating regularly.

You can get pregnant. However if you have been trying and have no luck, go see you doctor. Both you and your partner should get tested to see if its anything biological or what not. This will put you mind at ease and then your doctor will be able to help you. :)
