Make sure to find a good foundation (I use Clinique.. I used to use MAC powder, but it made me break out)
Blush for your cheeks to add a little shimmer and rose
a little eyeliner right on the top of your eyelid (make sure to draw as thin and straight as possible across your lid) then do it on your bottom eyelid by using your index finger to pull your lid down and draw on it. Not too much, you'll have raccoon eyes.
of course a good mascara to bring out your eyes. I use Revlon's thickening "jet black" mascara.
and last but not least your lips. Find a light, almost clear shimmery pink color. Just adds enough color and gloss to make your lips look fantastic :)
Good luck! You will look beautiful!

well, some simple makeup where you can just wear during the day time is quite easy. first you have to pick a part of your face that you would like to focus on today. say if you are wearing a white/cream sweater, you might want a softer look and go blushy on the cheek. pick out a girly-pink blush, just dab a little blush on the cheek and put some mascara on the eyelashes. make sure to always put some shine on the lips.
if you want more of a sophisticated look, eyeline your eyelines and mascara with little less blush. and a lighter lipgloss.
it all depends on what you are wearing and how you feel that day. if you are dressy, then do cutie...
and your skintone matters... like me, i have honey skintone and brown and pink goes on really well on me. if you have fair skin, then try some shimmery pink or neutral color for natural makeup.
but do remember that you should only focus one part of your face... don't focus on the cheek AND the eyes because then you will look like a clown! if you want to f ocus on your cheeks, a little more blush (and you should try to make your cheek bones look higher if yours isn't by using a straight-brush (that looks flare instead of round) and dab it on a bronzer. then suck in your cheeks and you should see a dent on your cheek... lightly dab that bronzer into that area upward to create taller cheekbones! that way people will focus on your face more...)
if you want the eyes, then more mascara, and eyeliner. you don't necessary have to make your eyes darker, you can even do light/shimmery and you will look beautiful...
good luck!

This is a common dilemma, easily solved. Try some natural colors greens, browns, light light pink, exc, exc. Keep them all light and be sure to wash it off when your'e done. For your lips, use the light pink. For eyes use a brown, green, or cream. Use the cream on top of your eye, or, for a different look, mix it together with the green or brown. Use a light concealer to bring out that "glow", or if you feel you need it. Hope it helped, ims_ocool :-)

STEP 1: Apply a concealer that is one shade lighter than your foundation. Dot it on over any blemishes or under-eye circles and blend with your fingertips or a makeup sponge. If your concealer tends to cake, apply eye cream first.
STEP 2: Choose foundation that matches your skin tone exactly. Apply it in dots over the central part of your face, then blend it out with a makeup sponge or your fingertips until it covers your entire face (see Related eHows).
STEP 3: Use a loose or pressed powder to keep foundation and concealer on longer. Use pressed powder to touch up when you're away from home.
STEP 4: Do your eyebrows next. Use powdered eyebrow shadow on brows instead of pencil, which can often look unnatural. Apply it with a hard, slanted brush.
STEP 5: Choose three colors of eye shadow: light, medium and dark. Use the dark only to line your upper eyelid, in a fairly thin line along the upper lashes. Use the medium shade for the crease and the lightest shade for the area under the eyebrow. There are many variations on eye shadow application techniques (see Related eHows).
STEP 6: Apply eyeliner. Use a cake eyeliner with a damp, thin liner brush, or an eyeliner pencil, and line the lower lid below the lashes. Line only the outer two-thirds of the lower lid, or all the way across if you're trying to achieve a darker look. Line all the way across the upper lid (just above the lash line and as close to the lashes as possible), or start the line where your lashes begin.
STEP 7: Apply mascara to upper and lower lashes, in two thin coats to avoid clumpiness. Choose brown mascara if your coloring is fair; black or brown-black works well for darker coloring. Or try a colored mascara such as navy or plum for fun, but don't go too bright if you want to be taken seriously.
STEP 8: Smile to find the apples of your cheeks, and apply blush to the apples or below, whichever you prefer. If you have to blend in blush, it's too bright.
STEP 9: Choose a lipstick color that's suited to your skin tone and that's perfect for your day look. You can mix colors and textures to suit your moods and your outfits (see Related eHows). STEP 10: Line lips after applying lipstick, not before. That way you won't end up with a dark circle of lip liner after your lipstick has worn off. Avoid combining very dark lip liner and pale lipstick
Tips & Warnings
Follow the steps in the order given, and remember to clean and moisturize your face before applying makeup.
Choose brighter or darker tones for a stronger look.
Clean makeup brushes by gently washing them in warm water and mild gel shampoo. Air-dry them overnight.
Don't skimp on makeup tools. High-quality tools make application easier and faster.
If you decide to curl your eyelashes, do this just before applying mascara'never after. Insert your eyelashes into the curler, squeeze just once, and hold for a few seconds.
Bacteria can grow in older cosmetics, which can lead to infections. Be on the safe side: Toss anything that's seems old, especially mascara, and avoid sharing products with others.

well... if you have small eyes put eyeliner on the top and use a mascara that adds volume and length!! don't go too heavy on foundation...keep whatever you use really simple so it doesn't look really weird or fake!! i would suggest pressed or loose powder over a little foundation. and make sure to use a brush for applying powder, blush and eye shadow.

I can't help you with the "attracting people" part.... because beauty is different to everyone.
But my tip for a beautiful, but simple face is BLUSH.
It can really just lighten a face up, and give it some pep. But be careful not to use to much.... just use enough to give you a hint of color.

Simple powder to even out skin,
curl eyelashes then apply mascara,
natural lip gloss, or lipstick.
Dont over do it with heavy eyeliners and dark lipsticks, they take away from the natural look.
