My mother's father's uncle's aunt's grandson's uncle's father's aunt's son's nephew, of course!
Or my great great grand uncle in law's 2nd cousin. It took me a while to simplify it that much.

I took the stupid time to map it out:
Mom's Dad: Your Grandpa
Grandpa's Uncle: Your Great Great Uncle
Great Great Uncle's Aunt: Your Great Great Great Aunt
Her Grandson: Distant (Sixth-twice removed?) Cousin
His Uncle: 1 step less Distant Cousin or No Relation
His Father: No Blood Relation. Great Great Great Uncle (in-law)
His Aunt: No Blood Relation. Greatx4 Aunt In-law
Her Son: No Blood Relation. 8th Cousin 4 times removed
His Nephew: 10th Cousin 4 times removed.
If I did it right
But given incest, it could be you or anyone else on this list!
