Well, for sure the patches don't work, because apparently there taking them off the market for bad side affects, abstinence is not an option for you... try the shot, or birth control pills.

The best form of Birth Control is to use multiple methods; pill AND condom with spermicide.
DO NOT use the Rhythm Method. There is a special name we use for people who use the Rhythm Method; we call them Parents.
As an extra precaution never give a girl your real name, and keep enough money saved up so that you can leave the country.

I have never had a problem with birth control pills. If you can remember to take them everyday, preferably around the same time, then it should work almost 100% effectively.
