Without numerical input, you can't expect a numerical answer.

In addition, the way your question is posed requires FAR too much clairvoyance. For example:

1. I SUSPECT that "m" is actually meant to be an EXPONENT (or POWER); that means it should be replaced by "^m" where "^" is the standard alert system meaning "Hey, guys, what follows is an exponent!"

2. In your "explanatory statement" ("+ is the number of years"), THAT particular "+" should itself be "m."
