Patient can pass stools only in standing position Causticum 30 or 200, 6 hourly

Constipation with sinking feeling in stomach;tongue white,flabby and slimy Hydrastis can.Q or 6X, 4 hourly

In chilly patient who lacks vital energy;stools goes back to the rectum when partially expelled Silicea 12X or 30, 4 hourly.

You need to drink more water and eat more fiber from fruits and vegetables or whole grain cereals like shredded wheat. Do some relaxing yoga or meditation. If that doesn't help, then you could try a fiber supplement like Bene Fiber. If that doesn't work then you could try laxatives, but I think if you do the other stuff it would work and you would be healthier than using chemicals that can make you have diarrehea.

Drink at least 2 litres of water. Can get best result. Can take more vegetables and fruits.Help u to relieve your problem

try avipattikar churan + panchsakar churan mixed and taken one spoon at bedtime. if that does not correct add abhyarishta to it 3 spoons with equal water twicw a day. plus lots of water, fibre, no spicy and fried food. should be okay.

Hi!
Do Yoga. Specially Pryanams in mornin & Evening 10 mints daily. Dring lot of water. Hv water after 1 hr of food. Add fiber in ur food. Avoid fast food.
If possible take only worm water(specially in the morning).

You should add more fibre and lot of green and fresh vegetables daily and intake of water and other fluids esp juices to be increased. dont have bananas daily.

sip on hot water all day long maybe half hour apart, hot water expands your intestines and makes the waste move down.

Plenty of fruits, vegetables,salads.This will have roughpage which is natural laxative
