Husband comes out of room with work cell phone in his hand, saying someone was calling &he wants me to do a reverse look-up of the number on the net. I tell him just to call the number back and see who it is, I try to take the phone out of his hand, but he won't let go and when he does, he's on the screen that says dialed numbers and they have all been erased. He says he erased it 3 days ago, but hasn't made ONE phone call to his workshop, for driving directions or what not in 3 days? I think he's lying. So, I do a reverse look-up. The phone number is an unlisted landline in Eugene, Oregon. Now, back when we met, he had a thing for a girl in Eugene, and lied to me about talking to her on the internet, even though I knew the whole time he was, he would deny it and get all upset and angry. One day he finally confessed because as it turned out he then wanted me to talk to her, so she would still be 'his friend'. He calls and its a girl, saying she got the number from him calling her.....?

This is a work cell phone, issued by his job, and used by whoever gets that particular phone(he's had it for over a week now), there would be no way for me to get that information about the phone bill-But, he got so pissed, just like he did last year when I confronted him about talking to that girl that was his 'friend', and who he wanted to stay friends with. He can make local calls, and that Eugene, OR number is a local call...I'm pissed and I'm going to be pissed for a long time. Hard to trust him right now. I'm not an idiot-he was erasing those calls, that were on the 'dialed numbers' screen. I wish I could get him to admit SOMETHING.

The best thing you can do is get online and go to the cell phone provider that he has if there is one. Register his number and a password that he can't figure out. Get on the website and check out his cell phone bills online,you can go back as far as 6 months or so if you have cingular. Cingular will also send you phone records for those bills for 5 dollars for each month. You must call them and ask them,tell them your husband needs a inportant number off the records or something and has lost the number.You will be charge the fee on your cell phone bill. If you didn't ask for itemized billing with cingular(if you have)at the time of opening service then you can't get the records. You can also buy a voice activated small recorder at radio shack or wal-mart,make sure it has VOX,this will make the recorder pick up little sounds. It will come on when any noise is made or if there is music playing in the car,talking in the car. I used one of these one time and i place it in the little pocket on the back of the passenger seat with the front of the recorder facing out. The batteries last a pretty long time. Make sure you ask the salesperson to demonstrate how to use it and what would be the best tape speed(I told then I needed it for night school for note taking) You can also have his voicemail fowarded to your home phone or cell phone but it is hard because you don't want them to know you are doing it and you can't do it very long each day or he will wonder why he hasn't gotten any voicemail,make sure you save his voicemail in his archives incase he gets wondering.If you have the GUT FEELING then most of the time your gut is telling you the truth. Get copies of those records or print them out,gather information and bust him.

Just go online or call the cell phone provider and tell them to fax a copy of last month's bill to your office or you'll come in and pick it up Monday. He'll sh*t his pants when you sit down with that in hand and with him and start calling on speakerphone all the numbers he's called.
