Almost all the casinos have sports books. But there are three that really stand out in my mind... The Mirage, Caesar's Palace, and Mandalay Bay. The sports book at Caesar's is huge with several theater size screens showing sporting events. The Mirage is also quite big. Mandalay Bay however, is the one I would choose. The atmosphere in their sports book is the most comfortable of the three including more comfortable chairs.
Free drinks and cigar smoking are a given in all three. Enjoy yourself.

It's not even close really, far and away the best sports book in LV in both size and scope is the "super book" at the Las Vegas Hilton...It's a comfortable sports book, the cocktail waitresses take good care of the players...
You can smoke your cigar in peace...Sit to the right as you face the sports book if you want to watch the horses...Sit to the left to watch NFL or college football...The LV Hilton has far more of everything, very large screen, large screen and big screen TV's that is...
You can also do what I do, stake out a Video Poker machine(9/6 JOB), play VP during the breaks, watch the games, get free drinks, it's a ball...I will be there next weekend, watching the Chiefs...
The easiest way to get to the sports book is park in the North parking lot.. You will see the life size statue of Man-O-War, that's your entrance...Another nice thing about the LV Hilton's sports book is, they have a nice place to grab a bite to eat close enough that you can still see the sports book.
I will agree that Caesars is also a nice place to watch sports, but you have to get there very early to get a seat...I don't care to stand 3 or 4 hours to watch a game...
Others such as MGM, Mirage, Billagio, etc are a big step down from the LV HIlton's sports book...Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of nice sports books in LV, but, there is only one "super book"...
Almost forgot, I'm not sure if they still do this at the LV Hilton or not but they used to have a "nickel line" on Thursdays for the football games...

The MGM just went through a major renovation of their sports' book club. It might be worth taking a look at.
