Neji is a Genin and Orocimaru is a Legendary Sannin. Thought Neji is highly skilled.

you spelt orochimaru wrong......orochimaru would win he is one of the 3 sannin and killed the third neiji is just old number1 rookie

In Part 1, Orochimaru would totally destroy Neji. In Part II, I'm not sure on that one because Neji has increased his Byakugan range to over 800 meters, and Orochimaru has'nt shown any new jutsus yet. But Orochimaru is a Sanin after all.

They both suck but i will go with Oro because nejis byakugan sucks and Oro is a sannin but i still think Rock lee would win if he was fighting Oro!

Definitely Orochimaru! He even beat Hokage (eventually), so he could certainly beat Neji.

orochimaru wud win coz he's far more stronger and has more experience in fighting... but if only i can choose the one who can win, i want neji to win...

the answer to your question is this; the match would be a tie. it's because they would have to block each other's chakra with their own techs. they would have to use their taijutsu.
