The BC will screw up ur cycles. If u have taken all those tests, including the blood test and they are neg, i would say that it could be stress. Personally, I would have another blood test done and then if it comes back neg, ask about starting back on the BC. Hope this helps u some.

You're supposed to start a new package of birth control on the last day of your period. You can start mid-cycle but it'll mess you up a little. Won't harm a fetus if you're already pregnant though.
I think if you were pregnant, it would show up positive by now. Your system is probably just off after having a baby, starting bc then stopping it.

Okay first thing i would do is call the doctor and make an appt. there could be something else going on.
Secondly, even if you get back on the birth control ALWAYS use another form of protection. I got pregnant while taking the pill, and I took it everyday, same time, never missed a dose. Its not 100%, nothing is.
And yes, its a possibility that just because you only had unprotected sex ONE time, you can still be pregnant... thats all it takes!

Nah, you just skipped a period. That's fine! It gets thrown off by having a baby and also from stopping BC.
Look at the birth control pack. It should have come with some instructions. There's the option to start after a period, or another to start on the day you choose. Just follow the directions for starting on the day of your choice!

Well it is recommended to wait a year between pregnancies, but many women do not. It has been 5 months for you. You did not say if you are breast feeding, because that can alter your cycle until you stop. I would see your OB or doctor for a blood test prior to starting the BC again to be on the safe side.

If you are breastfeeding, you may not have a period. So if your test came back negative, follow the bc directions as to when start taking bc again. You may want to check with a RN, they have some on line. Congrats for the baby!

My first question to you would be are you breastfeeding? I know that breastfeeding can delay your period. It may also be that where you took yourself off your BC your period might be trying regulate itself without the help of the BC. But if you are concerned that the tests might be wrong...you can always call you OB/GYN or doctor office and have them do a blood test to be sure.

Were you on BC to regulate? Were you irregular before you had the baby?
There is not enoug info here to be able to give you a good solid answer.
Go see your OB, or at least call them and find out what they want you to do.

If it helps any my period still isn't on track.. O.o and thats without taking any birth control. I had my daughter not to long ago *about a month or so ago* and well when I should have had my period.. its not here yet..
I would consider it okay to go ahead and start taking you birth control again especially with that many negatives.

no offense...but you'd think from having a baby already...you'd know why you should take your bc and have your man wrap his tool...but...hey your mistake....Dont know what to tell you other than..I doubt the bc would mess your cycle up that bad...specially if you stopped taking them....and by the way...after you have a baby for the next couple of months its very VERY easy to get pregnant again...go to your doc...
