Gamefaqs has a bunch of player made Guides at the bottom of the screen. What are Fonon Artes anyway. Are they the new "Devil's Arms" for this Tales game? You probably have to fight this massively hard boss at the end of the quest. Most likely the person you are doing the quest for. You will probably die if lower than level 80. But you probably get really good weapons for your main character. Or whoever kills the most.
