I think I met get SAD (seasonal affective disorder). I just don't know. What are some ways I could better it without going outside.
It is way too cold. Could I buy a certain kind of lighting? Any more suggestions are welcome.

There are a variety of things that could affect your sex drive: have you begun taking any medications in the last few weeks? Have you had your thyroid checked? Are you under some new stress?

Has this happened before? If you can't narrow it down and it doesn't go away in a week or so, consider talking with your doctor.

Good luck!

Perhaps your lowered sex drive is an adaptation to the fact that your don't currently have a mate. Or maybe your hormones levels are decreasing or you have chronic fatgiue syndrome. I really don't have any way of knowing, but these could be possibilites. If you want to boost your sex drive, I would suggest either finding someone you want to have sex with or investing in some porn. I find that people are more rewarding but porn is much easier.

It could be your sex drive is low because your more tired than usual. Try vitamins. B12 is a good one. Do aerobics 3 times a week. A lot of times if you exercise a little extra it will boost your energy. Therefore boost your sex drive also. Or go think up different ways you haven't had sex yet and then try them. Sometimes something new helps.
