if u guys have been called back for an orientation, let me know. i dont know if im hired or if this is another interview, i think i might be hired but i still wanna know.

everytime I have had an orientation it means that I have got the job

Called black at orientation!!! That just isn't right. In this country a person should get a job based on ability not race. To call you black seems a bit racist to me. Hiring should be color-blind.
