How do no-screw switchplates attach to the wall?

And yes I know not to change the switches myself.

they have sticky tape on the back of them . and you can change them yourself , the wires are in the walls & you have no contact with them but to be on the safe side turn off the breakers to the switches first . good luck

the blade goes in the wall and stays there
