Not sure about the endometriosis except that blood in the stool has nothing to do with endo and needs to be checked out right away. If you are actually having blood in the stool that would indicate some internal bleeding somewhere that needs to be taken care of. If you are talking blood on the toilet tissue after having a BM you may have hemorrhoids or a fissure but this too should be checked out.

Endometriosis means the presence of the uterine lining outside of the womb. This could mean on the ovaries, inside the abdomen, or even you lower intestines. These endometriotic deposits only bleed when you have your period as they behave the same way your endometrium in your womb does. Therefore endometriosis doesn't cause bleeding between periods, but it could cause bloody stools (though this is an uncommon presentation of endometriosis). It could cause your ovaries to be swollen if there is an endometriotic cyst on them.

All of the above. See the link below, and don't worry about those folks that are saying blood in the stool is not a symptom, they must not have endo LOL
The 'swollen' ovaries could also be PCOS if they mean they have many large follicles. If you have not gotten a diagnosis for endo or PCOS you will need to go see your OB to get one.

Bleeding between periods is a sign of endo. How do you know if you have swollen ovaries? Endo is where the tissue found inside your uterus is also found on the outside of the uterus and other organs. The most common symptom of endo is severe pain during your periods. However if you have a mild case, you may not have pain. Best way to determine if you have endo is to see a Reproductive Specialist. He/She will go over your medical history to determine if you are a candidate. The only definitive way to diagnose endo is through surgery.

Yes, the symptoms can indicate Endometiosis

If you are having all the symptoms then your problem is very serious and you should see a physician very quickly

"Endometriosis can cause pelvic pain, severe menstrual cramping, painful intercourse, premenstrual staining, heavy periods, diarrhea, blood in the urine and stool, and infertility. Many times even severe endometriosis causes no symptoms at all. It is often found during an infertility evaluation."
