That is a fact of life. The fun of life comes from the roller coaster ride. Just hink about a happier time and what you were doing at that point in your life. Then strive for it. There is an old song that is true, it says "Change your mind, Change you life."
You life from a point of view. Although it is very difficult to allow yourself to use this thought process it does work. If you want to be happy go lucky then think it and you will be. Sometimes you will have to take a step back and see how you want to react before your actually reaction.
Remember life is what you make it.
I do not know where you are coming from or what you have been through all I can do is provide some inspiration that I was provided with years ago and hope that it helps you. Find a friend and talk it out.

Well that makes two of us. I think life can be so hard. How do you deal with everything that comes at you constantly and keep your head up..and then do the right thing. Low self esteem comes for all types of reasons even to people you might least expect. I don't know the answer or reasons why. I just know i feel ya and i understand your frustration. Just keep chugging..thats all you can do. Have faith that things get better in time!

It seriously sounds like you can use an anti-depressant. Maybe you should tell your dr. what you're feeling. I'm on lexapro and it has REEEEEEEALLY helped. I hated feeling so low. I feel MUCH better now. Some low feelings are normal, but not when it starts to consume you.

I know how you feel. I found someone I thought I could open up and be me with. I shared all kinds of things with him and I thought he cared. Trust and honesty are so important to me. So now I have a bunch of friends that I have dated that I don't share anything with. Sometimes withdrawal is easier.
