I heard this phrase on the original The Fog movie. I've searched and have come up with nothing. The line in the movie is: "Mom can i have a stomach pounder and a Coke"?

It might be a reference to a hamburger. There is a fast food chain in the Eastern US called White Castle, that serves these small square steamed burgers that are sometimes known as 'belly bombers' - maybe 'stomach pounder' is another way of saying 'belly bomber'?
