I want a 42 inch Hi-Def TV. As far as traditions, I guess we've (my immediate family) always decorated on Thanksgiving Day. On Christmas Eve we've always had a Christmas party with family and family friends. Christmas morning we would all wake up and open our gifts and have a big pancake breakfast. Later in the afternoon we would visit all of our other family mmembers to exchange gifts.
This year I'm the one hosting Christmas with my girlfriend. We'll be having a party the day before Christmas Eve and on the big day quite a few of our relatives will be dropping in. We'll also be having a ham dinner.
Though it will be different than it was growing up, I hope our new traditions will carry on for years to come.

Having my family around me for the holidays is the best gift I can have. Christmas traditions??? ...baking cookies thru the month of december, going out to cut a tree with my dad, while he was alive (I do it alone now and bring his memory with me), taking time to decorate my tree and remembering how each of the ornaments came into my possession (sharing those stories with my children if they happen to be home) having a christmas buffet with each family member's favorite food (we seem to like appetizers), birthday cake for Jesus, going to church on Christmas Eve together with the family, singing Christmas Carols together before we open our gifts, sharing memories of Christmas Past
