I do agree with you. I also think its horrible that they are making such a deal over her not wearing underwear. TONS of people go commando all the time, every day. Sure, she could have been a bit more graceful but damn, she just got separated! Every person who is suddenly free of a relationship they wanted out of tends to be excessive don't they? Just saying..... I'm sure others will disagree though.

She wasn't violated any more than other celebs.It's not a crime not to wear panties,but most people at least wear a g string when wearing a mini skirt.I just think she made an error in judgment.I also think she was really drunk and stoned by the way she looked.Most women would not intentionally get out of a car spread eagle wearing a mini skirt with no panties.This will all be forgotten in a week or two and the press will focus on someone like Paris Hilton again.I understand Britney did not choose to be a role model,but since she is in the public eye she just has to be more careful.

Well, if you're going to get drunk a show your privates to everyone, what guy do you know of will refuse the chance to take a pic and remember the moment? And if your going to party in a short skirt, at least wear a patch down there or something. Britney could stand a little more "leg togetherness" anyway.

I agree with the others who say she KNOWS she's in the public eye and should have a little more decorum. Maybe she goes by the motto "any publicity is good publicity", but seriously, she's just making herself look cheaper and cheaper. Even the sluttiest girls I know would have enough class to wear undies underneath dresses (completely different to not wearing them under pants, incidentally). And why do people keep saying she's "a good mom"? Where's the supporting evidence?

Well she is not the best person in the world.
After kissing madanna and getting all over magazines for herself. Shes not the bet person and she can be trashy. I agree.
Also she was been partying with Paris Hilton and we never know where that leads. All i have to say is that she could be a better person she isnt a great person or anything but she hasent been known for anything good.

But she's a celeb. She's use to being photographed by rude paparazzi, especailly now after she dumped K-Fed and has lost all that weight. She knew what to expect especially when she's pantyless. Britney is a mother of 2 now, she needs to grow up. Partying with Paris Hilton pantyless on Thanksgiving is not eceptable.

I enter/exit my car any way I choose. I also tan topless in my back yard....but I don't have a zillion people taking my picture at any given moment. She knows they're there...she should be more careful. And this isn't new to her - she's been a celebrity for a decade now. Quit defending her already!

I agree with you. Hey, I don't wear underwear when I wear pants, because they bind. Are these gals on here that are calling her a s!ut for going without, going to call me one, too?? I don't think that she is being trashy, she is finally getting to have a little fun after having 2 children. And her driving with her baby in her arms, my Mom and I both drove with our babies in our arms, and it wasn't against the law then and there was no car seat laws. Should we have had our babies taken away, too?
I wish people would get off her azz and she that she is trying to be a good mother. At least she kept her children and is fighting for the custody of them. She spends time with them.
