I am a RIAA representative and we have subpoenaed Yahoo for your IP address, and then we will subpoena your ISP, and sue you for suspected copyright infringement. We plan to make an example of you.

Try netlimiter. Block outgoing, but allow incoming. At the very least, limit your uploading to the minimum possible: http://www.netlimiter.com/
