I would definitely say so. The new Civic Si's are pretty quick. The V6 mustang is of course going to have some kind of power advantage, but then you have more of a weight advantage. Winner or loser, of course, can't be determined here, since it also depends on the driver's skill, mostly shifting technique. You might beat him/her, you might not, but you will certainly make them sweat.

It depends on which V6 mustang you want to go race. If you are talking 07 to 07 that stang is going to SPANK you. the new 4.0 SOHC V6 stangs are dropping the more power than the old 5.0's 99ish 3.8 OHV V6 Stangs are putting out roughly the same power as you but are still gonna win, you will be a close loser. the 95ish 3.8L OHV V6's are going to be a close loser however.

A V6 mustang you could definitely hang with , but not a V8

no way. honda made civic both gas saver and a little speedy. but ford makes it all speedy and doesnt really car about the gas. so no cannot win against a mustang.
