1. What different things can they do and find-out?
2. I keep remembering these really embarrassing, shameful and bad memories randomly, and I was wondering if theres anyway I could forget them, or stop associating them with things, and if getting hyponotised could help me with this. Could it?

Hypnotism can go either way- positive or negative, be sure you are prepared to open locked doors. There's a lot of debate regarding it, I personally don't believe in it- in high school we had a supposed hypnotist arrive to do experiments. Some people are more susceptible than others, thus projections can be false. What this means is that a hypnotist can direct you to memories that never happened, it's scary- the power of suggestion. However, that being said, there are some reports of it being successful in a controlled environment- Edgar Cayce comes to mind in this respect. My best advice to you is if if you feel comfortable is to talk to someone you trust about this- perhaps a parent, guidance counselor or a therapist. I'm just speaking from experience and in no way telling you what to do. I wish you all the best.

1. who knows. times change, tommorow there will be a whole world of information out there & maybe someone will know what someone else knew today.
2.Stop, wanting to remember what you want from yourself is more important then what you havent decided you want from yourself. Maybe you could try some breathing exercises to help you with your mind runing amuck on your consciousness.......
