Playstation 3 has more potential in gaming and graphics!!!!!!

If all you want to do is games, and you want to play many games right now, then you should get the 360. But if you want to do anything else i would get the PS3. Why, because it has amazing potential, the only blu-ray movie players cost 1000 dollars on up (PS3 cost 600, 400 dollar savings), the PS3 is also similar to a mac and can run linux and can support a insane amount of USB accesories. And with the games costing 59.99 think what games don't cost 59.99 when they first come out. I think the PS3 games will get cheaper late next year and by then there should be more.

actually, the fact is that the ps3 has no better graphics than the xbox 360. the only thing the ps3 has is potential to have better graphics than the 360. but ill bet games wont use the ps3's full potential until mid 2008, yes 2008. the ps3 is just released, meaning there is gonna be mistakes made, whether it be overheating, harddrive failures, blue ray problems. i dont know, but there is gonna be something. the xbox has been out for over a year, so microsoft has been able to fix the quirks with the 360. The 360 has much more games. and the games are less money. they range from 19.99-59.99 while ps3 ranges from 59.99 to 59.99. ide go for the 360, you could buy more games/controllers for the money spent.

Get a ps3
1) PS3 is a year newer, and cheaper. It comes with built in WiFi, HDMI (for your hdtv), Next Gen Disk (blu ray) and 40GIGs more storage.

PS3 also has 8,000+ backwards compatable games you can get. The 360 only has about 180 backwards ompatabel games.

Check out the hundreds of thousands of peopel wth 360 problems at http://forums.xbox.com/7864073/ShowPost.aspx

360 has a terrible failure rate.

360 makes you buy everything seperate. yea, the "Premium" pack is $399, but then the Network adapter is "$99.99", the HDDVD drive is "$199.99" and the battery charger for the controlis "$19.99", and monthly bill for xbox live is "$7.99"

Get the ps3. its next gen proof meaning it can be updates to suit the times, unlike the 360 which is allready outdated.

If you can save it save it for the next like 4th batch of ps3, so there wouldn't be any problem. Or buy the ps3 now and send it back to the company to get a new one if it has problems....
PS3
