i like her and she likes me but she doesn't want to ruin our friendship

If you need so...... that EX you will become devdas, she might be loving someone else..
Or... a bad idea try some severe health veil like cancer, heart problem etc, surely not aids, and make sure she or one of her friends is not your family doctor.
Or try saying her that you love someother girl better than her........if only you are ready to lose her.

Well, she has a reason for not dating you again.
I know it hurts to like someone and only be their friend. Sometimes you want so much more.
Whatever her reason is, you're her friend and you have to respect her. That means not thinking you can change her mind about this.
