01. Love Potion #9 (Sandra Bullock - older movie, she plays a scientist that makes a love potion with a fellow scientist)
02. Bringing Down the House (Steve Martin and Queen Latifah) Queen Latifah at her funniest and Steve Martin is always a blast.
03. What's the Worst that could Happen? (Danny DeVito, Martin Lawrence) really funny movie about two robbers who can't stand each other!
04. Adventures in Babysitting (older movie from late '80's really cute!)
05. Wallace & Grommit - The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (Claymation picture. I laughed till I cried).

There's a really good movie called What the (Bleep) Do We Know and yes, the word Bleep is part of the title. It is not exactly a comedy but it can help people feel better. It goes back and forth between a fictional section about a woman professional photographer played by Marlee Matlin, and a bunch of physicists who are talking about how our brains work and how we have the capacity for change. It is the single most hope-inspiring film I've ever seen.

My personal favorite comedies are She's the Man(with Amanda Bynes and Channing Tatum) , Rat Race(with Breckin Meyers, Seth Green, and Whoopi Goldberg), Accepted (with Brooke Livley), and the Benchwarmers(with John Heder and Rob Schneider). These are all rated PG-13.

Somethings Gotta Give, with Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson, it's one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time. I liked it so much that I finally bought it. It's a great movie especially if your patients are older.

*Adam Sandler movies like Click and 50 First Dates. Click is about putting your family first. 50 First dates is about getting a girl to fall in love with you everyday.
*Hitch. Dating, unique ways for a girl to notice you, making someone fall in love with you, etc...
*Shark Tale. This is cartoons. It's about it's-not-about-fame, acceptance, and love.
*How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days. A battle between the sexes. In the end, the two fall in love with each other.
*Bruce Almighty. Someone takes the role of God. He realizes that God's role isn't that easy and he wouldn't be able to hande the job.
*There's Something About Mary. This is funny.
*Meet The Parents. Guy meets his soon-to-be wife's parents and a series of hilarious stuff come up.
*Meet The Fockers. The sequel to Meet The Parents This time, it's the woman and her parents' turn to meet the guy's parents.

Well, it's not my all-time favorite, but since you're talking comedies, "A Day at the Races", starring The Marx Brothers.

This link can describe it better than I could: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0028772/

Cry-Baby
Its cheesy hilarious!
You kinda have to see it to understand it though because if I were to tell you some of the jokes and funny things from the movie on here you wouldn't get it and would probably not like the movie just from not seeing it.
But, you should see it.
Its great!
